I really the list of projects. In the past, I've needed to go through a notebook or file folder (tangeable) to find what I needed. This is so much more convenient.
Ahhhhh!!, Power Point!! Here is something I have a bit more foundation in. It was fun to add the animation to the slides. I felt proud of what I had accomplished.

Session 8
I find the Citation Maker for elementary students to be a helpful tool for some of my students. I think that a couple in my room would find it to be like playing a puzzle.
The self-eval. rubric would be a very helpful tool makes a real clear cut expectation.
I have never seen Power Point used for note-taking. This is a great deal more basic than I expected. I think I could really do this.

Session 10
The del.icio.us work was very interesting. This is completely new to me.I can see where this could be a tremendous time saver. It will be fun to find new "tried and true" sites. I can see that the more specific the tags are, the more time saving this will be.
Thank you for your assistance trying to retrieve my Assignment Planner.

Session 7
Again, wow! I love the note-taking possibliities. I can see with some of my more advanced students, who are able to do some beginning research, this would be helpful.
I love the part where you can do a "summary" on an article found.
Certainly the Subject directories have endless possibilities. I can see at the second grade level that this could even be a great whole group investigation.

Session 6
I had no idea how to check sources. This is great! I have been one who tends to be too trusting when it comes to looking at sources and what the messages may be. the "Zack" article really was an eye openner.
Session 5
Eventhough I was not here at the last session, I read through the session's material.
I wish that I had been here.

Session 3
Well, this has flown by. Such practical information!
I really liked the table making work. Last summer, I worked on Excel and I am very glad that i did. I must say that some of the products that I worked on could more easily have been done on Word tables. I lookd forward to doing my class lists and grade book (Gr. 2 level) on this site.
I think of all of the work done making and even instructing on the writing of rubrics.
Wow! has tonight ever openned my eyes! I look forward to investigating rubrics for younger children.
Thank you!!

Session 2
This has been a very informational and practical session.
I am more comfortable with just the term "blog". I learned that once you publish a blog you cannot edit it unless you go back to the beginning.
Also, it was great to put the "essential question", learnings to this "Big6" format. Many years ago there was a great deal of teaching available through D. Pickering, B.
Marzano, and Jay McTighe on essential question writing. It is great to see the integration does continue in new formats!
I found more on the I.T. website than in my initial attempts.
Throughout this session I have had three little people specifically in mind. These students are very advanced and I see much that I can lead them to work on.
